PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Chris Midmore was born and raised in Vancouver and has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage for over 35 years. Prior to joining Macdonald Commercial in 1990, he was a consistent top performer for 10 years with a large international commercial brokerage. Chris has served as a Director of the Commercial Division of the Real Estate Board of the Greater Vancouver and lectured on Land Assembly and Development Site Sales at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
SPECIALIZATION
Chris specializes in the sale of development sites and investment properties. He has sold over 1,500 acres throughout Metro Vancouver from Downtown to Abbotsford. Some of Chris’s notable sales include a 2-acre residential development site and a 100,000 sq. ft. office building in Downtown Vancouver, a 300,000 sq. ft. investment property in Richmond Centre, a 300 acre industrial and retail development site in Coquitlam and a 100-acre shopping centre site in South Surrey.
