Since 2012, Andrew has helped land Owners and Buyers in BC to achieve the 'Highest and Best Use’ for their lower mainland properties.
He has specialist knowledge of Whistler; SLRD; Tri-Cities and Maple Ridge processes and markets.
Along with Vancouver and Richmond sites for development, he is currently working on a variety of unique properties throughout the Province.
Because of his wide experience as a negotiator, master planner, and lead architect, Andrew is able to respond to the intent of long term Community Plans and highlight rezoning options which can:
i) unlock the potential value of a property, (often through land assembly);
ii) actively assist and promote a Buyer's vision through due diligence periods and beyond.
