Nick joined Macdonald Commercial in 2010 to focus on the marketing and sale of investment and development properties in Metro Vancouver and throughout British Columbia.
He has been involved in commercial properties within Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley since 2006, after graduating from Simon Fraser University. His career began as a commercial real estate appraiser & advisor for several prominent real estate consultancy firms within the Lower Mainland. Having worked closely with many leading industrial and multi-family residential investors and developers, Nick has a strong understanding of the commercial markets and has established relationships with a large range of the people within the industry.
A proven record of successful leasing assignments in all asset classes provides Nick with a key understanding of the sale and acquisition of investment properties. Nick has developed effective acquisition and disposition strategies for the purchase and sale of both investment and development properties. Nick is consistently ranked in the top excellence and achievement group of Macdonald Commercial.
