During his 30 year property career, Clare Stevens has sold large ticket investment properties in all asset classes and negotiated leases or renewals for more than 9,000,000 square feet of space in Metro Vancouver and across Western Canada. These transactions include: G.S.I., Calgary (35,000 square feet); Cargill Grain, Winnipeg (90,000 square feet); Translink, Vancouver (86,000 square feet at Airport Square); and the Bank of Montreal regional headquarters (185,000 square feet) at Bentall 3, Vancouver.
Clare Stevens was Vice President and General Manager of the 6,000,000 square foot Bentall Group portfolio and served as Asset Manager, Western Canada for Penreal Advisors Ltd. prior to focusing on the sale and lease of income properties and the sale of development land. He has also acted for major institutional clients in asset sales, acquisitions and land assemblies.
Clare holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Certificate in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
